Mission Statement

By facilitating the flow of capital to distressed homes, help revitalize the U.S. residential housing market, promote the well being of tenants and neighbours, while generating an attractive return for our clients, investors and partners.

Core Values

  • Integrity - We view integrity as the foundation of any good business relationship. Doing the right thing benefits everyone regardless of the work or sacrifice. We also expect the same ethical behaviour from our partners, suppliers and employees.
  • Client Centric - The heart of our business is creating value for our clients. This philosophy informs every decision and helps ensure that Paragon’s properties are superior to competing investments. Our hard work translates to significant value for our clients and our company.
  • Risk Aversion - We commit capital only after we are confident that attractive returns can be delivered with minimal risk. Every market and property undergoes stringent due diligence for the benefit of both clients and shareholders. We would rather miss an opportunity rather than make a hasty, uneducated decision.
  • Profit Motive - We are in business to produce profit for clients, shareholders and ourselves. The best way to accomplish this is to manage properties as if the money invested is our own. We manage costs carefully and maintain a long term view.
  • Community - The downturn in the residential real estate market has severely eroded homebuyer access to capital and financing, which has undermined economic stability. We believe that attracting domestic and foreign investors is vital to stabilizing home prices and the communities they comprise.
